BAYQWEL
CalWEP will host several Qualified 水 Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) class series throughout the greater Bay Area beginning fall 2019. This first-of-its-kind regional training program is sponsored by ten Bay Area water providers and will be taught using the newly updated QWEL curriculum in both English and Spanish.
